An ode to my calves

The following rant is sponsored by anti-runners everywhere:

OH calves, why must you hurt me?

Why must you cause such agony?

My back is good, my arms are great,

The scale shows I'm losing weight!

But you alone must give me pain,

Is it hard to just refrain?

Running hard I cannot do

Without the love and support from you.


SO QUIT HURTING BEE-OTCH!!!!!

  1. that is the funniest thing I have ever read! You should write comedy to make money on the side! On a serious note, are you streching after you run? this is very important. Take like 15 minutes and stretch holding each for like 15 seconds.
